the boss just came.. she can come in, and within 5 minutes send
my bloody appraisal thing to me to write in more stuff..
why couldn't she do it yesterday when i was sitting here? 
want to do it but she wants to talk about that piece of work which
is floating around for ages.. that which everytime she says
something, i write and write and write for a few days, and she
changes her mind.. about 4 times already!
